Sue E Borrelli is our CEO and Licensed Real Estate Broker.  She and her husband, Chuck, have been Real Estate investors since 2013 as “flippers”, landlords, and developers. Because of her experience, she’s navigated through a variety of difficult situations that don’t usually happen in traditional real estate transactions.

Charles (Chuck) Borrelli is our President and Project Manager. He manages our renovation projects, but also is a great sounding board when challenges arise.  He instinctively knows, within a few thousand dollars, what a home renovation will cost.  He’s well-versed on the magnitude, options, and current costs of repairs and modifications, which makes him a great resource for our buyers and sellers.

Tyrone D Brown is a native-born Floridian who has lived in the West, South and East, and loves his state’s beauty “from her beaches to her people.”  Tyrone has an MBA and is pursuing a doctoral degree in Business Administration. Tyrone’s extensive background in credit and collections and risk management, lends to his core values of dedication, determination and communication, has provided for some innovative solutions to real-life issues. Jessica Martens is our Operations and Technology Consultant.   She provides technical support for our team as well as helps develop, implement, and review processes and procedures within the company.
